These two mirrors were removed from a Chevy V30 crew cab. These probably can fit Dodge and Ford of similar years. One of the mirror posts have come loose and slides out easily (see photos).

Can be opened and mended. Boxes unless you contact me first! I do my best to describe and take pictures of the items I list.
